• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

4. Shipping Charges

• A standard shipping fee of ₹40 applies to orders.
• COD (Cash On Delivery) charges may apply additionally.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either reship the product or issue a refund, as applicable.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt deliveryup to 2–3 times.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
• Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
