WHY BUYERS PICK US OVER A GIFTING AGENCY
You're buying from the factory, not the middle
Most corporate gifting vendors place your order with someone like us and
add 30–40% on top. Skip that step.
Our own factory
A 30-member precision unit
at SIDCO Industrial Estate,
Chennai. If we promise a
date, we control the line that
meets it.
Mockup before money
Send your logo, get a
digital mockup on the actual
clock within 24 hours. Approve
it, and only then does
production start.
10–14 day turnaround
From artwork approval to
dispatch. Tight festive
deadline? Tell us the date up
front and we'll say yes or no
honestly.
1-year warranty
Every piece carries a full
warranty on the movement.
A gift that stops in three
months isn't a gift - it's a
complaint.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
What buyersask before ordering
100 pieces for a customised bulk order. Below that, you can still personalise a single clock through our retail flow - there's no minimum there, only a slightly higher per-piece price.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the sharpest result. If all you have is a JPG or PNG from your website, send it anyway - our design team will redraw or clean it up at no extra charge before the mockup.
10–14 working days from artwork approval to dispatch for standard quantities. Mockups come back within 24 hours. If you're up against a festive deadline, tell us the date in your first message and we'll confirm honestly whether it's possible.
Yes. On orders of 250 pieces and above, one physical sample is produced free before the full run. For smaller orders a sample can be made at cost, adjusted against your final invoice.
Always. Every order is invoiced in your company's name with GST, so it goes cleanly through your books as a business expense.
Yes, pan-India with tracking. Freight is quoted separately based on quantity and destination, and consolidated bulk shipments work out considerably cheaper per piece.
Every piece carries a 1-year warranty on the movement, and transit damage is replaced free. Since we manufacture in-house, replacements come off our own line rather than going through a supplier chain.
