International shipping is not available.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

4. Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of ₹[499] applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
COD (Cash On Delivery) charges may apply additionally.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either reship the product or issue a refund, as applicable.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt deliveryup to 2–3 times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Delivery Address & Verification

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
