- Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

- If the order is prepaid, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2.1 Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Wrong item has been delivered.
- Product is not functioning as described due to a manufacturing defect.
Note: Returns are only accepted if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and the product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
2.2 Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used, damaged, or tampered products caused by customer misuse.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Change of mind after use.

3.1 Refund Approval
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, you will be notified, and a refund will be initiated.
- If the return is rejected (due to not meeting the criteria), the product will be shipped back to you.
3.2 Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer/store credit within 7–10 business days after providing bank details.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange Policy
- If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will offer a free replacement.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If the product is not available, we will provide a refund or store credit.
- Order Not Delivered / Lost in Transit
- If your order is not delivered due to logistics issues or is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund or replacement, as per your choice.
